Quick cooking question So I was boiling potatoes and eggs for potato salad and I had to leave the house. After they were done boiling I put the potatoes (skinned still but cooked) in a bowl in the microwave and the boiled eggs(still shelled) in the fridge. I did this on Friday night. Do you think th eggs and potatoes will still be good to make potato salad today? Or should I play it safe and start all over again? I just hate wasting food if I don't have to!
Sorry if it seems like a dumb question. I never really cook, this is my first time making potato salad and I'm pregnant so I don't want to get sick! Thanks to anyone who replies! |
