Our puppies are the same age. When is your puppies birthday? Coppers is Feb. 26th. Copper is always tearing, because of the hair in his eyes. I have to clean his eyes every day. I wait until he is asleep to groom as well. He is so squirmy otherwise. However, he has recently started waking up when I start to comb him. Today I went out and got a boars head bristle brush...soft...he tolerates that. Maybe it will get him used to being brushed and then I can use other tools.
