Layla is such a jumper... everything makes her excited... so i have been keeping her in her crate... but she loves her crate.. i know not all dogs do! and when she is in there she sleeps.. or i will give her a detabone which keeps her busy for a good hour and tires her out :P also putting a Onesie on her has been the best thing.. she hates it but it is keeping her from licking her wound. I got them at Wal Mart... Layla is 3 lbs so i bought ones for Premies. and she looks too cute :P hope this helps.. any other questions i can try and help with just let me know
