My last dog was microchipped at the vet while I stood there. Like the others have said, it's just a shot.

Demi is getting microchipped on 10/14 at a microchip clinic my trainer is sponsoring. I think it's only $14. I can't wait! I feel so much better knowing that my dog is chipped.

I'm hoping to take Demi with me to Europe next year, and at that time I'll get the ISO European-friendly chip kit and take it to my vet so she can get the second microchip at the same time that she gets her health certificates.
