I'm sorry to hear the sad news of your loss. I have had a few litters and I've took care of plenty of yorkies at once. My question is why did she not have a good hold on this little one as a breeder she should have knew this. Like the ladies said you do have to hold on these little guys or they will be out of your arms in a heartbeat. Why was she carrying it in her hands and not in a small dog carrier? I always put mine in the carrier first so these things don't happen.


I think (as a breeder)is needs to pay for what it cost for the little to be brought back to you to decide what you want to do.AND she should either GIVE you a pup or the money you had to pay her for the pup. I know accdient happens BUT she should have been more careful!!! sorry so long. I hope god will touch your heart.
