Well ditto,you think its ok as your country says so! No my opinion is my own, if I lived in a different country I would still have the same opinion! Just out of interest,how many of the breeders dogs out there have actualy been bought to be show dogs,then actually gone on to make it to the level where their tale is a factor? Or have they just gone as pets who are loved very much, and would have been loved just the same with their tales intact?
