Her temp was elevated on Tuesday to 102 but they said she was dehydrated as were the pups and they gave them fluids under the skin. The pups weigh 4.15 oz and 5.05 oz as of today.
The pups should be eating 4 to 5 cc. every three hours. (approx. 30 cc in one ounce) You must be meaning 3 cc's not 3 oz. The amount would be the same whether you were bottle feeding or tube feeding. Continue to check their weights - it sounds like you are doing a great job and before you know it they will be eating on their own.

102 isn't a fever in a dog, but I would check her temp. again to make sure it hasn't went up since Tuesday.
