I didn't find Toto's food listed, but it is "human grade" and is dehydrated at a very low temp and considered a "raw" food. I use the grain-free formula [Force] and add a little minced chicken, fish or an extra veggie ... this allows me to control the amount of protein and add little things that she loves.
