When acid reflux was causing my sister and me to both get sick, it was not every night. There were definately foods that would trigger it. Kudos to you for keeping a food journal!!!!! BTW, since you're not throwing up food, this is another sign that it could be acid reflux....you're only throwing up acid, right? That means that there's excess acid in your tummy. There is more than is needed to digest the food and it is coming up and causing irritation.
Hope it is something that is easily fixable and nothing serious.
