A contract is a legal binding document, if you cannot live with the contents and if the other party is not willing to change what you can't live with, then you MUST walk away.

You do not have the option of signing a contract with your fingers crossed. It's all or nothing. Take it or leave it.

Sorry, but that is the way it goes.

What is the purpose of a contract if the parites had no intention of keeping it. Put yourself on the other side.
