I guess I worded that wrong. The urine doesn'[t smell foul--it's more his smell. He gets wet under there and it makes his hair wet. I guess that is what I am smelling. It kinda reminds me of a male goat. I have been wiping him with a wet papertowel and that seems to help. We are waiting on belly bands. That will help with the wet hair problem. His hair is so long it can't help but get in the way even though his belly hair is cut short. It looks like his penal area could use a trim too.
