i wouldn't get them all done at the same time, not because you shouldn't get the shots at the same time as the surgery but becuase i don't like the idea of spaying at 4 months. the chances of breast cancer increases only AFTER your female goes into heat. As long as you get her spayed before her first heat she'll be fine. If i were you, i'd get her shots done at 16 weeks, and then wait another month for the spay/teeth extraction. And IMO i wouldn't get teeth pulled unless there was a problem. i would wait until her k-9's came in to determine if she needs teeth pulled.
