When you get any teeth extracted, or have her spayed, they'll "put her under". The more often they are "put under", the more often likely something will go wrong. There's ALWAYS the chance that he/she will not come out of the ansthesia, so the less times they are anesthasized (?), the better. I'd have them both done at the same time. As well as the shots. As for her not having a tooth to replace the pulled tooth, the new tooth will come in. It'll only be a few days. You'd be surprised at how much they can still eat and chew up with a couple of teeth missing!!!
