I agree with Harley's mom. Small dogs do tend to have more behavior issues because their owners overlook certain things that would not be acceptable in a large breed. I say this because I myself am guilty of this. Nikko likes to jump on people's laps and lick their faces. He can be a bit pushy with this. Since he is a 6 pound ball of furry cuteness, most people don't mind. Now if he was an 80 pound lab, I don't think this would be so funny.
