As far as the dressing them up and treating them like babies, I don't feel that has anything to do with agression.

But I do believe that the small breed owners tend not to socialize their dogs properly and train them proberly because they are small and cute and no one takes them seriously. So therefore they do bite more and jump on people more and make a nusiance of themselves in general.

When your dog is doing something, ask yourself if this would be acceptable if it were a large breed behaving the same way.

It is the owners responsibility to FIRST treat them like dogs, and then spoil them all you want.
