Louie's ears would never stay up either. We taped em but they just had a mind of their own. So we left them be.
When I first saw Elle, she had one up and one kinda down. So we taped it for a week. And after we took the tape off it has always stopp straight up. We keep the hair short on her ears and have not had any problems since.
