I was dating my husbands best friend and he was dating mine. It was his senior prom and she stood him up and dumped him. I was furious at her because he was so nice to her. A couple of months later his friend dumped me and sarcastically said why don't you call one of my friends. So I did. We started dating and 2 years later got married.
I'm the one that came out ahead. I no longer speak to my friend and he doesn't either.
