My ruby was a late bloomer. I started taping them at 3 months but they would only droop again within a day after the tapre came off. I was persistant and kept taping for like 2 months. Finally one up on down and I still had hopre even at 7 months because the down one was out to the side like the Flying Nun. FINALLY by about 10 months they both went up and STAyed
