I would not give her one..the only problem that could occur is if she ever bit someone, then you have to show the rabies record..if she does not have one, then they keep them in quarantine for 14 days..not sure about Canada.

PS...I am told all rabies shots have to be one year shots the first time..then they can have 3 yrs shots..
