I live two hours away.... I would be happy to drive over there and pay her a visit!!!! I am furious! What an awful excuce for a person!!! Have you called the Santa Barbra Police?? And given them the Case Number From your Local Dept????? Maybe they can go over and Talk with her??? Scare her a bit! Or better yet... Remove your dog from her custody!!
