WOW! Its sad isn't it. Some people just don't get it. They are "our" life and "kids". To them...just a DOG.
My family hasn't pulled that yet BUT if we have a get together, I automaticly put the dogs in another room. WHY? I actually do it so their kids won't bother my "kids"! ha -ha. And they think I'm being conciderate of them! HA!
I do give my mom credit though....she's not an animal person but she did help me with my little cleft baby for 2 weeks when I had to go back to work. And you know what??? I know for a fact she got attached because she had to come over just to see her, after they went away for a weekend. So maybe there's hope.....but not for my brother! |
