I feel for you and I know how you feel.

Because we breed Yorkies and have other animals in our home, my father won't visit us. He won't even come over and sit outside for a party even if I promise to keep the animals in the house rather than let them run the yard.
My sister has stopped once or twice in the past year and that was only to pick my nephew who was visiting the puppies. My brother has only been over once in the past year and he won't even come in the house. Sad thing is they only live about 5 to 10 miles away.

So my entire family is more or less the same way. I feel sad for them. They don't know what they are missing. My grandfather was an animal lover so I must get it from him.
