We will be getting an Australian Shepherd pup in about 6 weeks or so. Tatum is just going to love her so much! Tatum loves playing with my husband's uncle's border collie and generally any other big dogs I allow her to play with so I know they'll get along great. My husband has been wanting this dog for so long but had to wait until the new house was finished. He found a breeder near Dallas that had a litter coming and we have been back and forth with her - all of us excited about this "transaction". Well, she was born last Friday and now he's driving me nuts trying to come up with a name. This is a red merle female and he wants to come up with a name that is Western Movie themed. Well, I don't watch that kind of stuff so I'm hopeless with suggestions. He wants names like "Hondo" and "Miss Kitty". First of all, Hondo is male and if we called "Miss Kitty", all the cats would come running. So, any western movies buffs out there?? I could really use some help or we're going to have one weird named dog running around!
