I am sooo sorry this happened to you and that you and the puppy had to go through this.
Jeff Dane is a very bad person to buy any puppy from, and I doubt you will get a refund from him, he does not care about his puppies.
He really does need to be stopped!!! I can't even imagine the trauma you have been through;to look forward to all the joys of having a yorkie, only to have the puppy live a short life after you got him. I hope you can cause some serious trouble for him!!
