I'm so sorry this happened to you and that you didn't reach yorkietalk sooner. My advice is to find a vet that will do a necropsy that way they can determine the cause of death and whether he was sick before he got to you. That way he can't say it's your fault. Also since animals are considered property if you used a credit card to purchase your pup find out how to make a complaint through them that way you can be reimbursed.
