A breeder friend of mine 2 years ago lost her baby because of a fall...
Jan was in the kitchen cooking dinner and her 3.5lbs adult "love of her life" was sitting on the top of a wing back chair watching Jan cook from the living room, there was a small commotion in the house phone rings, Jan dismissed it because she has 6 dogs and continued talking in the kitchen. Next things she knows she walks in the living room and found her precious baby lying on the floor, she actually broke her neck on the fall, Jan still gets choked up telling the story..she talks about her all the time!
