It could be a heat rash too on Lexi. Sometimes that happens and it is red little bumps. It's good you are taking her in just to be sure but don't assume the worst yet.
I would also die if I ever found a flea or tick on Coco. I am taking her camping and I'm deathly afraid of a tick or flea getting to her, even though she's on frontline.
