I use a little pair of clippers made by ConairPets. I takes just a few seconds to do this way.
I have seen a container of wipes that are used to rub on the fur rather than an actual washing. I think they serve a purpose for keeping the face and bootie clean between washings, but I don't believe anything waterless will ever do the job as well as an actual washing will. Plus, there isn't anything waterless (that I know of) that will give specific conditioning for Yorkie's hair.
