No you aren't overfeeding at all. Feed them what they will eat and they should still be nursing on mom.
Some lines grow quickly, some not so quickly. Your puppies will be what they are genetically and overfeeding is not usually the problem in Yorkies, getting them to eat is usually the challenge.
I wouldn't worry too much about weight charts etc. Each litter and individual pup is usually a different rate of gain and maturing.
