Inspired - that's what I feel by a woman who has tragically lost her little ones and yet finds a way to walk with grace to hopefully make a difference for the rest of us. By vowing to not let this go - she just might make the legislators change the laws QUICKLY. It is crazy that groomers are not regulated/licensed in all states.
May her little ones RIP. I am horrified by the thought of the pain these little ones endured. There certainly should be criminal charges filed.
