Tragic, yes. Senseless, yes. Uncommon, not really. When you see the people that do some of the grooming in stores like the two mentioned, it's not surprising! They aren't all bad, just some of them are uneducated when it comes to grooming. I think that this is one of the main reasons that the mobil pet groomers are getting so popular. There used to be only one in the town I live, now there are about 5!!
It's sad. Very sad.
