I tip too but I also take them some goodies (muffins, Starbucks, etc.) when I drop Jazzie off. It's my version of a bribe to make sure they treat her extra special! I tip generously ($10.00 +) when I pick her up. Now when I call for an appointment and say "York" they automatically say "Jazzie's Mom"!
They usually do something special for her and Jazzie is always happy to go! The great part of this story is I've only started to use them 6 months ago and she has only been there 4 times!
On our first "trial" visit, I took a picture with me of how I liked Jazzie trimmed. They stapled the picture to her card so they know exactly what I expect. |
