She definitely won't have much of an appetite following the anesthesia. Hopefully, the vet gave he some pain meds also which will keep her sleepy and not hungry. I agree that sleep will help her heal, but a little Nutrical is a good idea also. I'm sure you will see a different pup in the morning. Her paws might be a little sore after having the dewclaws removed.
