$35 is about right for the area. I've had my little guy groomed at several places around the San Jose and Milpitas area and that's about what it runs. Unfortunately, I haven't found a place I really like... I've resorted to grooming/cutting him myself. I'll have to try the place you've recommended next time he needs a re-shaping. Thanks!
