keep an eye on it, it could be ringworm do you have a cat in the house or other dogs that go outside?

A litter caught ringworm because my persian got outside and brought it home (nice little gift NOT)...it starts out in small scabs, like you I thought it was dried milk at first because they were very young so I didnt have it looked at for a couple weeks "low and behold it was ringworm". I was shocked and let me tell you it was a true task to get rid of. Micazole rids it and you have to bleach everything in sight often.

I hope its milk!
