I had only had my first yorkie, Lulu, for a week and a half, and she was literally the size of a dollar bill when she had to have a double hernia repair. We found out so quickly that I had little time to worry. But even though she was one of the smaller that the animal center here had ever operated on the surgery went perfectly.
