It is interesting that she tested negative for parasites, yet the meds they gave her are for parasites.
It could be that you gave her too many treats. I know that I recently bought Sissy some new treats (yogurt drops and Dingo snack sticks). She had a whole yogurt drop and a whole snack stick and had diarrhea that night. But none since.
Boiled chicken and white rice is recommended for diarrhea, too.
