Take her off her food and give her boiled chicken and rice. Cook the 10min rice and dice up the chicken and feed her this for a couple of days. You should see results, then add her kibble to it slowly until she is back on her own food. If there is no change have the vet worm her! I went through this with Buddy for 3months. My vet said it was a food problem, I kept changing foods with no results. He lost 2lbs. I then went for a 2nd opinion and the new vet started by worming him. He said if it were a male parasite there would be no eggs in the stools. 48 hrs later he was his old self again. There was a male parasite hanging around in his intestine causing this mess for 3mos.
