It could be the transition. When I switched my pups to a different food, evenly slowly, they pooped alot but after they were completely switched to the other food, they started pooping alot less. I don't give mine natural balance so I don't know if that particular food would cause it or not. I feed mine Chicken Soup and I absolutely love it, they stay regular the whole time, and it is great for their skin and coats (it has fatty acids and other ingredients in it to promote good skin and coats as well as digestive system) and I have noticed the big differences since I switched them to it!!
