well i used an elliptical which is way better on your knees than treadmills are.. and for the computer savvy well u can dl programs on it so that u do different workout progams.. i loved that thing.. all i did was 15 minutes a day and it toned my thighs butt and my arms.. and i think even my tummy.. i lost about 15 pounds in 3 weeks and when i lost that weight i became lazy again and stopped using it.. so now its just collecting dust..

i should use it again, but im just too lazy, or would rather take a walk to the park.. but i think its a very good piece of equipment..
