My husband is in the USMC and we are not near family, so they aren't able to sit for us. I have several friends that I would trust, but as luck would have it, they are all going out of town for that weekend.

I wish you were closer also. I know she would love hanging out with some other doggies for a week. I'm sure she would wiggle her way into your heart and would have free range of the house in no time flat

hehe, I bet she would too! Maybe it's just that I'm biased towards yorkies, but most...no i take that back...all of the yorkies that stay with me regularly have free range of my house. lol Even though you're taking her with you this time, it would definately be something to look into when you get back in town. Just to have for future referances. Sometimes I feel like I can;t even go on vacation for fear that my clients would have a heart attack if they needed me to keep their babies and I wasn't here! lol There has to be someone nearby to you that does the same thing that I do. It's just a matter of searching. I don't really advertise myself a lot except to the smaller dog owners who come in for grooming and then the exceptional big dog who I know I can handle along with my own two big boys. I would definately ask around when you get back. Have a GREAT trip though!
