well as I'm personally OBSESSED with running
but I cant do that outside because of sickness's I have
I LOVE having one of those stationary bikes
that take your heart rate and everything
I just sit there alll day watching TV while on the bike sometimes
I have a sit up little program
my choreographer made up when I was still dancing a while ago
that I try to do at least once a day
depends on my mood. (I can work out ALL day sometimes)
So I don't need any sit up machine! |
