OK....I'm trying to listen to my alter ego and get off my BUTT and start working out. It's been like 20 years since I was serious about exercise cept for some treadmill walking - which I plan to start doing tommorrow - I also have a Health Rider - which is tiring (boring too) and I believe for cardio - WHY DID I BUY THIS back when they 1st came out ?
I've been reading about a machine called the Ab Lounger - it looks pretty good because it won't hurt your back - and it's under $100.00.
What do you all have and actually USE as far as equipment ?
