Well mine started out using the pee pads and he squatted. He now goes outside and still squats, but kinda lifts his leg (but not really). I had him neutered at 6 months and he didn't ever mark and I have only seen him left his leg really high a couple times when we are out walking. But in his normal bathroom area, he just squats. I think most males squat at an early age, don't they??
