Don't start to blame yourself, granted any research would have forewarned you about hypoglycema, but the breeder should have given you all kinds of information. The puppy really did need to stay with the mommy longer, time to grow and get stronger. It puts some stress on them leaving mom too early and then going to a strange place. Even being too cold or stressed can cause hypoglycemia. Just make sure the puppy is eating and drinking and be really watchful of this.
