My little Bella recently spent a week at the doggy spa while we were on vacation. She came home, and I noticed a little hairless spot near her nose. She was groomed while we were gone, so I assumed she was cut to close. However, the spot seems to be getting bigger. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Your advise is greatly appreciated!
