Ok I have to start out by letting you know the whole situation so you will understand and be able to give me your best opinion on what you would do.

I'm the office manager of my Step Dad and his brothers Electrical Company. (They are equal owners/partners) In the past 5 years that I have worked here my stepdad's brother Robbie's son has worked here on and off about 6 or 7 times. (The son's name is Aaron) He leaves without notice and just comes back when he wants. Or he's left a couple time b/c of being put in jail or to get out of state b/c there were warrants out for him. (His a real winner, can't you tell) Well, about 4 months ago he came back to NC and said he wanted to straighten his life out and come back to work so they gave him his damn job back again. Since he's been gone my husband has started to work here (in auagust it will be a year)

Ok here's the deal..... I'm really pissed and this is the last straw and I'm wondering if I should break everything loose or just suck it up and me and my husband just find other jobs, I just don't want to work here with him anymore...

So nobody at work like's Aaron. He's the owners son and knows it and doesn't do any work. Nobody tells the owners b/c he's robbies son and he won't do anything about it. Well Aaron smokes pot and takes pills and just a regular drug head. His family says that they think he's straightned up but I don't think their that stupid.

Well here's what's pissed me off. I found out that he smokes a joint in the company van on the way to work every morning. Well, my husband said he told him not to do it but he just laughed and so my husband is in the back of the van with the windows rolled up being smoked out by him. (the other employee won't dare say anything b/c aaron's the owners son and my husband is new in this family so he doesn't want to stirr the waters) Ok, well my husband ended up getting a conact from it and was high for about an hour being at the job. My husband smoked pot once in his life and it was enough for him to never want to do it again and now he had to go through that not wanting to. Well my main concern is... What if my husband gets hurt on the job in a couple days and workers comp wants to give him a drug test and he would probly fail it and we wouldn't get compensated. (I know that's doubtful, but my husband is a clutz..LOL) This really pisses me off but my husband doesn't want to say anything. Aaron isn't a friend but Stephen and him go fishing everyonce in a while and so i guess he is kinda a friend and if I tell my step-dad this then he probly won't speak to me again. I don't think I really care about that anyways.

So what do you think I should do? Do I tell? Do I keep my mouth shut? He shows up messed up on methadones all the time. He's scratching all over and f***ed up all day while he's at work.

Oh yea, Should I tell them that he's the one who's been coming in the fence at night and stealing our scrap wire also. He has it all in a building at his mom's house where he's staying. It's probly about $500.00 to $1,000.00 that he's taken.
