It might work. My right eye would always water at the outside corner and get all red. I don't know what it was from but it was horrible! I kept switching makeup and so far the Arbonne isn't doing it or maybe it was watering from allergies but I'm not sure. I know their cosmetics are all botanically based and the eyeliners have natural oils and vitamin E. Just pm'd you back.
