OMG!! I am having this same problem really bad. I posted last month about it somewhere. All of a sudden I cant wear make up without my eyes itching, watering and goo-ing. Ive tried hypo allergenic and it is not working and Ive wasted alot of money on a lot of new makeup. No matter what I do my right eyelid is always ithcy, sore, swollen and constantly peeling (like I have exzema or something). I've only been putting on makeup when I go out somewhere special which is like maybe once a week but still my eyelids are horrible. Ive pretty much had to go natural for the past few months

I have found that liquid eyeliner is really bad, my eyelid will flare up almost immediately.
I even bought neutrogena eye cream that is supposed to be really good and I find that it just really burns. So far nothing helps. Im tired of wasting money, Im going to talk to my doctor about this soon.
