Well, I think it's offical....Hefner is a water dog!! I posted a story this weekend about Hefner diving off the dock on Mother's Day and I hoped he had "learned his lesson" from that. We just had our pool finished and filled with water and he is now using the coping as his race track and he loves to jump in where the steps are luckily!

I have ordered a "scamper ramp" to allow animals to get out easily, and I can't wait til it arrives. Our other pool had a "beach entry" which was great for the dogs! We didn't do it this time and I am kicking myself! Hefner and Chai are always supervised when they are outside, but accidents happen and I am petrified he will sneak out, no one will know and he will jump in and not make it to the step.

Do most yorkies like the water?
